2016 Awards of Excellence: Citizen Relations as the Winning organization

Launch campaign for IKEA’s Pick-Up-Point Locations. The new Collect Near You points, located within select Tesco carparks, allowed customers to collect their IKEA order, free. At the time, this was a groundbreaking concept. Campaign deliverables included internal assets, branded decks, promo mail out cards, coupons, and invites to the Kitchener, London, St. Catharines, and Whitby locations.

Lead designer on the first IKEA Canadian Summary Report (print and digital) which became the global standard for all IKEA summary reports thereafter. 2 GOLD: CPRS awards 

Results: 17 media and over 90 business professionals attended the launch of the IKEA Canadian Summary Report. The event and subsequent national media relations campaign resulted in 67 pieces of coverage and 20,486,512 media impressions.
